Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
At this time, we are unable to guarantee delivery to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Which items can be returned?
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- Returned in original packaging
- Tags still attached
- Proof of purchase included
How do I request a return?

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Approved returns will be provided with detailed return instructions and the correct return address after you have contacted us.
Do you offer exchanges?
To arrange a direct exchange, please email us at info@ravenporth.com and state the reason for your request.
Return labels and any reimbursement of shipping costs for exchanges are subject to the terms outlined in the “Return Charges and Grounds for Return” section of our Return & Refunds Policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-days.
If more than 15-days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Personalised items, gift cards, worn or altered items, and underwear or swimwear with the hygiene seal removed cannot be returned. For more information, please contact us at info@ravenporth.com.
