Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ravenporth.com. Returns sent without prior return authorisation will not be accepted. Approved returns will be provided with detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address after contacting customer support.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

  • Items returned without original tags attached

  • Items not returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed

Sale items may be returned within the 30-day cancellation period

Return Charges and Grounds for Return

Change of Mind Returns:

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, sizing issue, or personal preference), the return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense. In this case, the cost of the return label will not be reimbursed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect item:

If the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will reimburse the cost of the return label. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after receiving the item and, if possible, providing photographs of the issue so that we can assess it and offer an appropriate solution.

Returns sent without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the returned item until it has been received and inspected by us.

Exchanges

We provide direct exchanges. To arrange an exchange, please email us at info@ravenporth.com, stating the reason for the exchange request.

The responsibility for the return label and any reimbursement of shipping costs for exchanges is subject to the same terms outlined in the section “Return Charges and Grounds for Return” above.

United Kingdom 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving your item, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
